Youth Ministry

February Youth Night: Red Zone/Green Zone
Discussion of "Why I Love God But Hate Religion" Video

With Valentine's Day around the corner, it must be time for our most attended (and awkward) Youth Night: Red Zone/Green Zone.  For those of you who have never been you are in for a treat! For those of you who have been before, we are going to change things up quite a bit this year. In fact, we will even have a guest speaker.

We will also (finally) address the famous "Why I Love God but Hate Religion" video that's been around for a few weeks now. Many of you have been asking for this discussion and we're happy to give it to you.

Lastly, we will review our summer plans which will include a summer trip plus Steubenville. So, we will see you this Saturday night following 5:00 Youth Mass at the Ciarrocchi's. At this month's Youth Mass, we have a few extra treats. First, the Teen Choir will be singing. Also, several youths will be speaking about Youth Ministry.

Please RSVP ASAP by inbox, email or call/text 501-9258. You guys did SO well with RSVPing early last time and we'd LOVE you to repeat it again.

Let's Go!
Service Project Details

I want to thank you all of you who expressed a willingness to help with our YOuth Group Service projects. After reviewing the notes from our brainstorming session of two weeks ago, I have tried to organize your great ideas into 3 specific teams. I have outlined those teams below and the tasks that will be assigned to each.

Rather than signing up by email, you can sign up online. We have created an online document through Google Docs at this link:

You can click this link and sign up just by putting your name in the column you want to help in. We will need 4 leaders for each team, and as many volunteers as possible. Please add your name ONLY to a blank cell---do not overwrite anyone's name.

Welcome to the Youth Ministry of The Church of the Holy Family.

We provide an opportunity for Parish Youth to experience fun and fellowship through each other and Jesus Christ.
  • Youth Night:On the 2nd Saturday night of every month, we hold our Youth Night. It begins with our youth Mass at 5:00 followed by a brief group discussion. Immediately following that discussion, we hold our fellowship activity. Past events include dodgeball, game night, bowling, and Laser Quest.
