Catholic Church of the Holy Family, Hebron, CT

The goal of the Art and Environment ministry is to provide a prayerful worship space that is in keeping with the liturgical season and special feasts of the Church calendar. Many elements are included in our parish's worship environment: altar linens and vestments, the sacred vessels used for the celebration of the Eucharist, flowers, fabrics, and other items used to bring emphasis to the liturgical season or theme, upkeep and cleaning of the church building - just to name a few. The Art and Environment ministry needs many hands to assist with the preparation of the church, particularly at the time of major feasts such as Christmas and Easter. All parishoners who have an interest in preparing our parish home for our liturgy celebrations, are invited to participate in this ministry by contacting the coordinator.
